Somewhere to start...

I’m not sure where it started for me.

It might have been books, or courses or articles. But what I think started it was really listening to my friends of color.  Raising boys of color is a different experience and truly changed my perspective on race but listening to the hard stories, the ones that make me just a little (and sometimes I admit a lot) uncomfortable brought me to a place where I believe that God said “time to use your voice daughter” (even if I might have ignored it in Jonah-like fashion for a while).

So here are a few books (minus the ones I loaned out) that challenged my thinking.
